Therapy starts with a relaxing activation of the lymphatic drainage points located mainly at the front of the body.
(at the collar bone, sides of neck, arm pit area, stomach, front of hips, behind the knees and ankles.)
A specific tuning fork that is designed to gently vibrate at 64Hertz is placed on all of these points to prepare the lymph nodes to flush out inflammation. Several massage techniques are then administered, aimed at releasing restricted tissues that may be harboring inflammation. The inflammation will be massaged toward the lymph nodes, utilizing the body's natural detoxification & healing process.
Techniques used in treatment:
*Gentle Myofascial Scraping:
A metal 'scraper' is gently glided across the skin to 'iron out' any 'sticky' myofascial tissue found just beneath the skin that can hinder smooth muscle glide & flushes out inflammation from these restricted areas.
*Vibration Therapy:
Tuning forks that gently vibrate at specific Hertz that are designed to relax muscle fibers and reduce inflammation are placed on & glided over areas of need.
*Isometric Muscle Contractions
Gently contracting & relaxing restricted muscle fibers can help increase blood flow, pump out inflammation and encourage the lymphatic system to remove excess fluid and waste products from the compromised area.
*Massage Therapy:
Relaxes the nervous system and pushes inflammation toward the lymph nodes located around the body to encourage natural detoxification and healing, which reduces pain and improves range of motion.
