Reducing pain

& inflammation

by combining

myofascial release

techniques with

vibration therapy

to naturally improve

range of motion.

Therapy starts with a relaxing activation of the lymphatic drainage points located mainly at the front of the body.

(at the collar bones, neck, arm pit area, stomach, front of hips, behind the knees and ankles.)

A specific tuning fork that is designed to gently vibrate at 32Hertz is placed on all of these points to prepare the lymph nodes to flush out inflammation during treatment. Several massage techniques are then administered, aimed at releasing myofascial tissues that may be harboring inflammation, which can be limiting range of motion and causing pain. The inflammation will be massaged toward the lymph nodes, utilizing the body's natural detoxification & healing process.

Techniques used in treatment:

*Vibration Therapy:

Osteo-Weighted Tuning forks gently vibrate at specific (relaxing) Hertz and are placed on the body, which can be felt on the skin. The 'vibrations' these forks provide are designed to promote restricted tissues to flush out inflammation by stimulating fluid movement and circulation, which can help speed up the healing process.

*Gentle Myofascial Scraping:

A metal 'scraper' is gently glided across the skin to 'iron out' any 'sticky' myofascial tissue found just beneath the skin that can hinder smooth muscle glide & flushes out inflammation from these restricted areas.

*Isometric Muscle Contractions (PNF Stretching)

Gently contracting & relaxing restricted muscle fibers can help increase blood flow, pump out inflammation and encourage the lymphatic system to remove excess fluid and waste products from the compromised area.

*Neuromuscular re-education:

Combines trigger point therapy with active (small) ranges of motion at the shoulders and hips simultaneously to help reduce any guarding patterns that may be hindering proper function & range of motion.

*Massage Therapy:

Relaxes the nervous system and pushes inflammation toward the lymph nodes located around the body to encourage natural detoxification and healing
